The Technical Marketing Analyst reports directly to the Director of Technical Marketing.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

Utilize technical & analytical skills to provide the following for internal and external customers:

  • Aircraft Status Reports (Spec Brochures for Sales Campaigns & Appraisals).
  • Presentation.
    • Preparation, Professional, Interesting, Concise / with Charts, Graphs, Photos, etc.
  • Purchase Opportunity Analysis
    • Detailed Aircraft Transaction, Specification & Financial analysis.
    • Aircraft Assessments.
    • High level analysis of a variety of aircraft for potential purchase.
  • Aircraft Performance & Economics knowledge.
  • Prepare Lease Supplements for aircraft about to be delivered.
    • Utilized by Legal, Contracts and Accounting to track leases.
  • Marketing for Avmax Aircraft Leasing.
    • Web content and continual updates.
  • Point of Contact for Airfax updates (Monthly Aircraft Availability listing for Avmax fleet).
  • Monthly "Worldwide Availability" for CRJ, Q/Dash 8 Series aircraft.
  • Market Research
    • Continuous gathering and concise filing of market research materials.
  • Provide timely research to assist Senior Management in aircraft decisions.
  • Marketing Strategies
    • Work with Senior Management in developing and implementing strategic directions.
  • Aircraft Leasing & Sales support
    • Assist management and sales personnel in sales campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team environment to accomplish team goals.
  • Sound analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Must have excellent writing and editing skills and pays close attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required.
  • Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills and a strong ability to carry tasks to completion.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, ingenuity and assertiveness in managing and completing assignments.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in aircraft analytical role minimum.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is considered a strong asset.
