Reporting to the Vice President of Leasing specific duties include:

  • Responsible for management of daily, contracts-related, operations of the Company's portfolio of leased aircraft and engines, managing customer payments, reporting, and compliance requirements. 
  • Review contracts and work with in-house counsel, Technical Director and Accounting to address contract issues, in order to minimize risk to the company.
  • Establish and build great customer relationships
  • Provide continual oversight to ensure that all terms and conditions are being met by our customers in the execution of contracts and agreements.
  • Resolve conflicts or disputes with customers relating to contractual compliance or interpretation
  • Manage all aspects of contracting for current and upcoming contracted activities especially financial related aspects.      
  • Maintain, improve, and integrate contract management tools, templates and processes for contract management effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyze and recommend operational and commercial terms for aircraft and engine leases and purchases to maximize the Company's flexibility and minimize ownership/maintenance cost.
  • Recommend and implement procedural changes to ensure best practices in the management of lease requirements, including compliance with covenants, reporting requirements, return conditions and other terms, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all financial obligations.   


  • Practical experience should be supported by an appropriate education such as Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Commercial Aviation Management (B.ACS.) from an accredited university or equivalent.
  • Possess the aptitude to quickly understand our client's business and operational activities and capabilities.
  • Be able to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
  • Superb communication skills in English and ideally Spanish and instant credibility are essential to enable inter-facing with a number of people from different backgrounds, nationalities and cultures.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Flexible, self-starting, and tenacious with an exceptional aptitude for dealing with ambiguity.
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills; proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Solid organization skills, with ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines.


  • At least 3 -5 years' work experience in Finance, Leasing. Contracts Management, or Legal.
  • Previous experience in a similar aviation contract development and / or management role in an international environment is considered an asset.
  • Airline/aviation experience strongly preferred.
