Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager (R1) specific duties include:

  • Ensure the aircraft technical records are kept current daily.
  • Ensure Win air and future forecast are updated and current daily.
  • Ensure technical records are retained in an orderly fashion.
  • Attend monthly maintenance planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Liaise with the Director of Maintenance.
  • Report any records deficiency to the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Data collection; reporting as outlined in MCM maintenance reliability reporting.
  • Oversight and management of technical records and maintenance tracking systems.
  • Adherence to the approved maintenance schedules.
  • Maintenance program development and record-keeping.
  • Ensure correct tracking and control of maintenance schedule within the computerized maintenance tracking system.
  • Ensure the computerized maintenance tracking system is updated as necessary to maintain compliance with maintenance schedules and airworthiness limitations.
  • Record retention of maintenance program.
  • All changes to the approved maintenance schedules for each fleet type.
  • Ensuring all items which affect compliance status of the each aircraft (ie: Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, modifications, etc) are recorded and retained in aircraft records.
  • Support and record keeping for service difficulty reports.
  • Support for development of the Maintenance Control Manual.
  • Ensure all archived aircraft records are stored in a safe, secure, and climate appropriate environment.
  • Other duties as directed.


  • Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other employees.
  • Possesses fundamental aircraft knowledge.
  • Shows strong organizational skills.


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the field.
